Σigmacover 456 Concrete Floor Paint 4L - RAL 6005

Two-component, thick layered epoxy-based brushable paint.

Main advantages of the paint:

• Designed as a middle or top layer in coating systems for metal structures exposed to weather conditions.
• Can be applied directly on concrete.
• Very fast curing.
• Hardens down to -10°C.
• Good adhesion on old epoxy, alkyd, and chlorinated rubber coatings.
• Durable, long-lasting elasticity.
• Easy application with brush, roller, or spray equipment.

Technical Data:

• Touch dry time: 2 hours
• Application of second coat at 20°C: After 3 hours
• Solid content: 65%
• Gloss: Semi-glossy
• Recommended thinner: Sigma 91-92 or Solid Thinner 92
• Full curing: 4 days

One package is sufficient to paint up to 12m² of floor with a thickness of 200 microns. For the desired result, sprinkle the decorative chips on the wet coat and wait 8 hours before protecting the surface with Sigmadur Clearcoat.

Application of the paint requires attention to the absorbency of the concrete and the protective thickness.
