SolidPaint 212 is a professional epoxy paint for painting concrete and metal, available in RAL 5015. It is two-component, colored with zinc phosphate and a polyaminoamide hardener.

Application instructions for concrete:

The first layer is SolidPaint 212 with the addition of Solid Thinner 92.

Ratios per layer for an area of about 10m²:

• Volume ratios:
• BASE - 1 liter
• HARDENER - 0.44 liter
• Solvent - 0.4 liters

• Weight ratios:
• BASE - 1500g
• HARDENER - 390g
• Solvent - 600g

Only SolidPaint 212 is applied in subsequent layers. The base and hardener should be mixed in a 100:44 ratio.

1 LITER OF BASE IS USED FOR 0.440 LITER OF HARDENER

One package is sufficient to paint up to 3m² of floor with a final thickness of 200 microns.

Attention: The painting capacity depends on the absorbency of the concrete and the thickness of the protection.

To achieve the floor effect as shown in the pictures, you should:

• Sprinkle the decorative SOLID flakes on the freshly painted base.
• Wait 8 hours.
• Protect the entire surface with the polyurethane Sigmadur Clearcoat.

Technical data:

• Touch dry: 2 hours.
• Application of second layer at 20°C: 8 hours.
• Solid content: 60%
• Recommended film thickness: 50-120 μm
• Coverage at 50 μm: 12 m²/l
• Gloss: Semi-glossy
• Recommended thinner: Solid thinner 92
• Full curing: 7 days

Colors in the palette are indicative and may slightly differ from the actual shades. This is affected by your screen/mobile device's resolution.

The product is painted in the ordered color and cannot be returned.

In enclosed and poorly ventilated spaces, the use of a mask is recommended due to the volatile smell of the solvent.

Use of a mask with ABE1P3 filters is recommended.
