Sigmacover 456 is a thick, professional two-component floor coating paint, suitable for use in areas such as car workshops, car washes, production halls, garages, and warehouses. It is available in 4L packaging and has the color RAL 5015.

Main advantages:

• Can be applied directly on concrete.
• Very fast curing.
• Considerable industrial resistance at temperatures down to -10°C.
• Excellent adhesion to old coatings made of epoxy, alkyd, or chlorinated resin.
• Durable with long-term elasticity.
• Easy application with brush, roller, or spray gun.

Application instructions:

• The first coat requires mixing with Solid Thinner 92, at a ratio of 1L BASE, 0.220L HARDENER, and 0.4L THINNER for 10m².
• The final coat includes only Sigmacover 456, at a 4.5:1 ratio between BASE and HARDENER.
• The product covers up to 12m² at a thickness of 200 microns.
• Full curing in 4 days.

• Recoat time at 20°C: after 3 hours
