Today I received the drill (750 watts, 1.60 meters in height, price 400 euros).
Easy to assemble, the only tool you need to have to attach it is a 17mm wrench, everything else is included. I had a high-quality chuck and did not use the one already included in the package because it has a minimum of 5mm and a maximum of 20mm, which personally doesn't suit me as I use drills smaller than 5mm. It seems to be of good quality and it appears that some attention has been given to its construction because during assembly I noticed that all the bearings are sealed and the inside of the column has been painted with enamel.
I measured the play that the drill has during operation with a precision engineering caliper and to my surprise, I found it to be only 2 millimeters. All the surfaces that come into contact during assembly have been milled, resulting in a perfect fit. The only flaw I noticed is that there is play in the front pulley, which is seated on the drill's axis, but this may disappear with the use of adhesive bearings. I give it 5 stars because finding only 2 millimeters of play is not something you find even in professional drills. I recommend it for purchase.
