Ideal for taller individuals (over 180 cm) who need more space and comfort during practice. Made by the trusted German brand Bodhi Yoga, it is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. Recommended for moderate-intensity practices such as Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, and Yin Yoga. It is not suitable for hot and humid styles of yoga (e.g., Bikram Yoga, Hot Yoga).
