  • 1 aluminum lid equipped with a thermometer, dimensions 33 x 26 cm.

The food is prepared slowly using the natural condensation process, preserving up to 90% of vitamins and minerals. The set is suitable for cooking vegetables, fish, or meat. The lid is equipped with a thermometer that helps monitor the temperature between 80-90°C, ensuring even cooking and maintaining the optimal moisture level.

AMT Gastroguss products are made of handmade aluminum with a longer hardening time, which prevents material stress and ensures homogeneous casting. The cookware features a very thick base up to 9 mm, storing more energy and not overheating easily. Their base does not deform over time.

The Lotan® non-stick layer offers the advantages of classic non-stick coating without PFOA. The handles withstand temperatures up to 240°C. The set is dishwasher safe and can be used on all stovetops except induction.
