HR® ceramics (High Resistance) withstand temperatures up to 270 °C and distribute heat evenly across the entire surface of the oven dish. The enamel used for finishing the product protects against scratches and peeling, allowing the use of knives directly on the tray without scratching it. It is dishwasher safe.
