Made from special HR® (High Resistance) ceramic, this oven dish has high thermal resistance, up to 270°C. This technology ensures resistance to thermal shocks, allowing the dish to be transferred directly from the refrigerator, at temperatures as low as -20°C, to the oven.
Thanks to its design and shape, heat is evenly distributed for gradual cooking.
