The non-stick coating is PFOA-free, facilitating the release of food, while protecting the steel from oxidation and allowing easier cleaning.

It is recommended to grease the pan with fat before use and to use it only in a conventional oven up to a maximum temperature of 220 °C. Do not use the product in a microwave oven and avoid metal objects contacting the food.

Care: The pan can only be cleaned by hand, using a non-abrasive sponge.
