The electric incubator Micul Fermier, with a capacity of 12-36 eggs, model MF-ZO1005-G01, has been built according to the surface incubation principle, with the eggs placed in a single layer. The casing, made of thermally insulating plastic materials, ensures the maintenance of the internal temperature. Heating is provided by an electric resistance controlled by a thermostat. Air circulation inside is ensured by an electric motor. Temperature control is managed by an electronic circuit. The ventilation holes in the casing allow slow and continuous air exchange inside, removing excess carbon dioxide and other gases produced during incubation. Avoid blocking these holes or covering the electronic model. The system uses a P.I.D. control algorithm (proportional-integral-derivative), so that once the initial parameters (temperature, humidity) are set, the system adjusts according to environmental factors, compensating for the actual values of the system in order to remain as close as possible to the set values.
