It adds sweetness and a subtle aromatic note to cocktails, and also pairs well with coffee, tea, chocolate drinks and cold beverages. It dissolves quickly and evenly, making it easy to adjust the intensity of the flavour.
It can also be used in desserts such as ice cream, custards, waffles and baked goods. It is concentrated and is recommended to be diluted at a ratio of 1:8. Its ingredients are cane sugar, water, cinnamon flavouring and concentrated lemon juice; the sugar and lemon juice come from organic farming.
