Staub products are made of very high-quality cast iron, and due to their performance, Staub cookware is used by the most famous chefs in the world.

Features:

  • The inside of the wok is matte black enamel.
  • Heat is distributed across the entire surface of the pan, which prevents food from burning.
  • It is highly resistant to chipping.

Recommendations:

  • It should be heated gradually and cooked over medium heat - this helps intensify the flavors.
  • Use oil during cooking – the oils (fats) used during cooking will penetrate the pores of the matte enamel and create a smooth, natural non-stick surface.

It can be used on all types of stovetops, including induction. It is not suitable for dishwasher cleaning.
