TWIST 100% DURUM WHEAT with FIBERS

Twist is much larger than the classic twist, recommended as an excellent alternative to the traditional twist. The latest products from the Czaniecki brand combine traditional pasta flavor with complete health benefits. Oat fiber pasta is made from semolina (wheat grains) with 9% added oat fiber. Besides the innovative composition, fiber-enriched pasta is available in new shapes (e.g., lasagna or shells).

The beneficial action of oat fiber is related to the presence of so-called beta-glucans, which are water-insoluble fractions. Oat fiber improves metabolism, supports weight loss, absorbs water, expands, fills the stomach, and reduces the feeling of hunger. Cooking instructions: For every 100g of product, boil 2 liters of salted water, add the pasta – cook for 5-8 minutes. Then drain the pasta and preferably serve al dente.
