"Speed Oven" snack tray, made of aluminum, diameter 19 cm, with a Lotan® non-stick coating, brand AMT Gastroguss. This round snack pan has a slightly deeper design, suitable for versatile cooking in speed ovens.

Not intended for use on induction cooktops. All AMT Gastroguss products are made from handmade aluminum by experienced craftsmen, offering advantages such as longer curing time and homogeneous casting.

The aluminum is first sandblasted to increase the adhesion surface, followed by layer application. The first layer is titanium oxide, burned at 20,000°C, almost as hard as diamond. Then follow the anti-corrosion layer and the Lotan® non-stick layer, which besides its non-stick properties, also has antibacterial action.

The Lotan® non-stick coating offers PFOA-free benefits.
