The Şifa Ana herbal blend offers a balanced formula with mild laxative, cleansing, and supportive effects. It combines the beneficial properties of six herbs with different but complementary mechanisms of action: sea buckthorn, rosemary, thyme, heather, fumitory, and fennel.

Actions of main ingredients:

• Sea Buckthorn: Stimulates bowel motility and promotes the elimination of stored waste.
• Rosemary: Contributes to the activation of digestive enzyme and bile secretion, improving fat metabolism.
• Thyme: Rich in essential oils with antimicrobial properties, relieves spasms and bloating.
• Heather: Has a diuretic effect and promotes the elimination of excess fluid.
• Fumitory: Balances bile secretion and supports liver function.
• Fennel: Relieves bloating and helps improve digestion.

Directions for use: Steep 1 filter in 200 ml of boiling water for 5–10 minutes. Can be consumed daily, preferably in the morning or evening. For maintenance – 2–3 times a week. For cleansing – 7–10 day program with daily use.

Ingredients: Sea buckthorn (Rhamnus catharticus) 20%, rosemary leaves (Rosmarinus officinalis) 15%, thyme leaves (Thymus vulgaris), heather leaves (Erica herbacea), shoots, leaves and flowers of fumitory (Fumaria officinalis), fennel fruits (Foeniculum vulgare).
