The flexible cake mold from the "Elastomoule" series, by the brand de Buyer, is made of silicone with metallic powder, resistant to temperatures between -70°C and +300°C.
- Excellent conductivity in cold and heat.
- Cakes do not stick to its surface, for easy removal.
- Suitable for traditional oven and bain-marie.
- Should not be used in the microwave oven.
It is recommended to place the flexible mold on a perforated tray before putting it in the oven. The product should be cleaned by hand only.
