Instructions for Use

1. Brush and dry teeth before use.
2. Remove the protective film from the strip.
3. Apply the larger strip on the upper teeth and the smaller on the lower teeth, pressing them onto the surface.

5. Then, remove the strips and rinse the mouth with water.
