The fabric tore at the handle you use to lift it (not the trolley) after just the first month

The handle broke after 1 week! Stay away! Terrible quality!

Overall, a beautiful and practical bag with plenty of space and a sturdy carrying mechanism.

The 3 stars are because the fabric handle at the top of the bag started fraying and coming undone at the seams after just the first few days of use...

UPDATE: The company contacted us and, as part of its Customer Care service, offered to replace the bag at no cost to us. Congratulations on your responsible policy. I hope it will be a reliable product this time.

Very good and sturdy. Lots of spacious compartments. Metal parts made of aluminum. It also has shoulder straps for the back that can be tucked away. Only one tooth on one zipper is defective

Although it seemed to be of good quality, the top handle tore in less than 3 weeks.

The bag, although it will be used in September, you can tell when you see it that it is of good quality. It has a sturdy handle for rolling it. Ideally, I would like it to come with its pencil case as a set, but that's something that happens with all school bags.

it is very good and easy to use. it has wheels but it also has built-in handles for the back in case, for example, it cannot move forward with wheels at some point, in rain, etc. it is worth its money. I bought it for a second grade child

Very beautiful bag and the wheels are completely silent! The handle is quite tall and it's very comfortable to drive. We'll see if it stands the test of time!

Excellent quality and durability. It has lasted two years in the first and second grade and could withstand a third year in perfect condition despite the daily "beating" it takes.
