ARTIC TONER WITHOUT AMMONIA

Color Formulation

  • Neutralizer Light Iridescent for addressing yellow melanin.
  • Ideal for bleached bases 8 – 9 - 10.

Recommended Use

  • Available for use after decoloring (decoloration) to remove residual yellows.
  • Ideal after super-lightening coloring for removing golden tones and for transforming blonde to a more neutral shade.

Usage Instructions

  • After rinsing out the decolorizer and washing your hair, apply B02 (mixed 1:2 with 1.5% - 3% peroxide) to damp hair in the areas where you want to do a toning.
  • Monitor the exposure time for up to 10 minutes, depending on the desired result.
  • Rinse off the product once unwanted reflections are removed, wash your hair, and apply a conditioning mask after coloring.
  • Combined with B12 toner, the result is an impressive icy blonde.
  • For the above result: 3 parts B02 + 1 part B12 mixed 1:2 with 1.5%-3% peroxide.

The exposure time and control should be carried out according to the above instructions.

If used after super-lightening coloring, after the exposure time, wash your hair, towel dry, and apply B02 to all hair to neutralize unwanted reflections. Watch for 10 minutes, then rinse, wash, and apply a nourishing mask after coloring.
