Culdcept The First is a game that combines elements of board games and cards. The player uses one or two dice (for some spells) to move around the game board.

The spaces where you land can be claimed by summoning a creature to defend them. These spaces are distinguished by four different colors, representing terrain types, which in turn correspond to the creatures you can summon. There is also the option to upgrade these spaces, providing additional benefits.

• More than 300 books
• When an opponent lands on your space, they can choose to pay a fee or attack your defending creature with one of their own creatures.
• In battles, players can use cards with special items to increase their chances of winning.
• Your deck (or "book" as it is called) consists of 50 cards of different types, while there are over 300 cards in total to choose from!

The player who collects the targeted amount of magical power and returns to the starting point wins the game!
