The SOPHOS AP6 420X is an outdoor Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) access point designed for harsh/exposed conditions (IP67). It features dual-radio 2x2:2 (1x 2.4 GHz, 1x 5 GHz) with external high-gain antennas and optional sector/directional antenna capabilities. The unit requires PoE (802.3at PoE+) via the single 2.5G Ethernet port and is sold in this configuration without a power adapter or PoE injector. Management is handled through the Sophos Central cloud or a local web interface. A Sophos Central management license is required for cloud management. The standard operating temperature range is from -30°C to 55°C. Certifications include CB, UL, CE, FCC, and others.
