The K2 and D3 vitamins contained in this product are derived through plant fermentation. Vitamin D3 is produced from Iceland moss and vitamin K2 is in the form of menaquinone-7. Vitamins D and K contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.

Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus, normal blood calcium levels, and the maintenance of normal muscle function and normal functioning of the immune system.
