Vertical Blinds - Vertical Curtains

Vertical blinds are ideal for applications with great height. The measurement allowances must be calculated carefully.

If the window has a recess:

  • Measure the entire width inside the recess and subtract a small gap of 0.5-1cm from each side.
  • Measure the entire height inside the recess and subtract usually 2-3cm from the bottom.

If the window is simple:

  • Add 5-10cm on each side for sufficient overlap.
  • Add 5-10cm at the top for the brackets.
  • Add 5-10cm at the bottom if there are no obstacles.

For casement windows, allow extra width on the side that opens so the blinds do not obstruct the opening.

For balcony doors, subtract 2-3cm from the total height at the bottom so the blinds do not touch the floor.

Direction of Blinds

  • The blinds gather on the opposite side from the window handle.
  • The control is placed on the same side.

Notes:

  • The shade you see on the screen may differ from that of the fabric.
  • A free blind sample is available for your selection.
  • They offer controlled light flow into the space.
  • Made from synthetic polyester semi-privacy material.
