Vertical Blinds - Vertical Shades

A characteristic of vertical blinds is that they are ideal for applications with great height.

How We Measure

  • When the window has a recess: We measure the full width inside the recess and subtract a small gap of 0.5-1cm from each side.
  • We measure the full height inside the recess and subtract usually 2-3cm from the bottom so the blinds do not touch the floor.

These are the final dimensions for the manufacture of the vertical blinds.

For a Simple Window

  • For the width, we add 5-10cm on each side for sufficient overlap.
  • For the height, we add 5-10cm at the top to screw in the supports.
  • At the bottom, we add 5-10cm if there are obstacles.

If there is a window that opens inward, calculate extra additional width on that side.

For Balcony Doors: The same instructions apply. From the total height, subtract 2-3cm from the bottom.

Direction of Blinds

  • The blinds gather on the opposite side from the window handle.
  • The control is placed on the same side.

Notes:

  • The shade may differ from that of the fabric.
  • A free blind sample is provided.
  • They offer controlled light flow.
  • Made of synthetic polyester material with partial blackout.
  • The mechanism and accessories are white.
