The X-Sense XS0B-MR31 3+1 RF fire detection system includes three RF smoke detectors and one additional compatible unit, depending on the package configuration, as well as the SBS50 Gateway base. The detectors use photoelectric sensors and provide voice alerts with location recognition (German). They feature local RF networking (868 MHz) for alarm synchronization within a group and are compatible with the X-Sense Home Security app (2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi).

The system supports up to 24 devices per base, offers high transmission range in open spaces, and is certified according to the DIN EN 14604 standard. Each detector operates with a required CR123A lithium battery, with an average lifespan of up to 5 years when used with the base. Ideal for apartments and homes that require a reliable local alarm even without an internet connection.
