Convex provides a warranty for the door mechanism, ensuring it withstands 200,000 openings and closings without damage. An additional 10-year warranty against surface oxidation is offered on all products or parts thereof where the final coating is chrome.
In November 2010, Convex was certified for the implementation of its own system according to ISO 9001:2008. It cooperates with accredited laboratories for oxidation resistance tests and door handle tests in a controlled environment for fire resistance based on the EN 1634-2:2008 standard.
