Warranties: Convex provides a warranty for the door mechanism, guaranteeing durability for 200,000 opening and closing cycles without damage. An additional 10-year surface durability warranty against oxidation is provided on all products or parts where the final coating is chrome.
Quality Control: Convex is certified for implementing its own system in accordance with ISO 9001:2008. It collaborates with accredited laboratories where oxidation resistance tests are carried out in a salt spray chamber based on standard EN 1670:2007. Additionally, it works with the Italian laboratory LAPI for door handle tests in a controlled environment for fire resistance according to standard EN 1634-2:2008.
