Warranties
Convex provides a warranty for the door mechanism, which withstands 200,000 opening and closing cycles without damage. An additional 10-year warranty against surface oxidation is offered on all products or parts thereof where the final coating is chrome.
Quality Control
Convex is certified for the implementation of its own system according to ISO 9001:2008. It collaborates with accredited laboratories for oxidation resistance testing, as well as with the recognized Italian laboratory LAPI for door handle testing in a controlled environment for fire resistance.
