It would simply be good for anyone who chooses it to give it time and be patient, without constantly raising and lowering the temperature or fiddling with the touch buttons... Obviously, a cooker can’t match the speed of a regular stove, but if you put the lid on the pot for about ten minutes, keeping an eye on it of course, it gets going and the boil won’t stop for anything. And when you’re done, first lower the temperature all the way to 90° and then turn the cooker off... If you treat it right, it’ll treat you fairly! EXCELLENT!
