Tight Regular Loose
Many of the newer models give you the feeling that they have something special, e.g. that trampoline-like sensation. This particular model doesn’t have that “wow” factor. But it does have something rare. It is perfect (in the sense that it has no weak points/flaws). Its category is a “traditional” shoe for everyday training runs. That means it doesn’t have a plate that makes it stiff, it gives you some ground feel and makes you work a bit too, to get stronger. What the Nike Pegasus is supposed to be, for example. But in a modern version, Nike has fallen behind. So:
It has a perfect fit, hugging the foot like a glove.
It offers high protection even though it doesn’t feel that soft. I’ve run 100 km so far and every time I used it I felt 100% fresh legs afterward (Note: I don’t run more than 10 km).
It has good (but not amazing) bounce/energy return.
It is super light, approaching racing shoes in weight, which helps when you want to pick up the pace.
It is stable (unlike shoes with softer foam or with less foam on the inside that don’t protect the foot at all from overpronation, like the Adidas EVO SL, for example).
It has perfect grip, you don’t slip anywhere.
It is (though subjective) very nice-looking. It has a simple style and clean lines and is, for example, perfect for vacations (running and casual in one pair).
It is almost certainly very durable and will be worth the money.
In the end you may even say wow for how complete the package is.

Πολλά από τα πιο καινούργια μοντέλα νοιώθεις ότι έχουν κάτι το ξεχωριστό, πχ αυτή η αίσθηση του τραμπολίνου . Το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο δεν έχει αυτό το κάτι "wow". Εχει όμως κάτι σπάνιο. Είναι τέλειο (με την έννοια ότι δεν έχει αδύνατα σημεία/ατέλειες). Η κατηγορία του είναι "παραδοσιακό" παπούτσι για καθημερινό τρέξιμο προπόνησης. Δηλαδή δεν έχει πλάκα που να το κάνει άκαμπτο, σου δίνει κάποια αίσθηση του εδάφους (ground feel) και σε κάνει να δουλέψεις και συ λίγο, να δυναμώσεις. Αυτό που υποτίθεται ότι είναι το Nike Pegasus ας πούμε. Αλλα σε μοντέρνα εκδοχή, η Nike έχει μείνει πίσω. Λοιπόν:
Εχει τέλεια εφαρμογή, αγκαλιάζει το πόδι σαν γάντι.
Προσφέρει υψηλή προστασία παρότι δεν το αισθάνεσαι τόσο μαλακό. Εχω τρέξει 100 χμ μέχρι στιγμής και κάθε φορά που το χρησιμοποίησα ένοιωσα 100% φρέσκα πόδια μετά (Σημ. δεν τρέχω πάνω από 10 χμ).
Εχει καλή (αλλά όχι φοβερή) αναπήδηση/ανταπόδοση ενέργειας.
Είναι πανάλαφρο, πλησιάζει παπούτσια αγώνων σε βάρος, πράγμα που βοηθάει όταν θέλεις να ανεβάσεις ρυθμό.
Είναι σταθερό (σε αντίθεση με παπούτσια με πιο μαλακό αφρό ή και με λιγότερο αφρό από τη μέσα μεριά που δεν προστατεύουν το πόδι καθόλου από υπερπρηνισμό, όπως πχ το Adidas EVO SL).
Εχει τέλεια πρόσφυση, δε γλυστράς πουθενά.
Είναι (αν και υποκειμενικό) πολύ ωραίο. Εχει απλό στυλ και καθαρές γραμμές και είναι πχ τέλειο για διακοπές (τρέξιμο και casual σε ένα ζευγάρι).
Είναι σχεδόν σίγουρα πολύ ανθεκτικό και θα βγάλει τα λεφτά του.
Στο τέλος ίσως λές και wow για το τόσο ολοκληρωμένο πακέτο είναι.

After more than 1 month with the shoes and having done over 300 kilometers, I can say that they are worthy successors to the also amazing Deviate Nitro 3.
It is softer-bouncier, lighter than its predecessor, an ideal shoe for all kinds of training.
It can follow all paces comfortably, without tiring you out.
Compared to the previous one, it is wider in the forefoot and may feel a bit strange at first.
If you are looking for an all-around shoe, it is an ideal choice.
Μετά από περισσότερο από 1 μήνα με τα παπούτσια και έχοντας κάνει πάνω από 300 χιλιόμετρα, μπορώ να πω οτι είναι άξιοι συνεχιστές του καταπληκτικού επίσης deviate nitro 3.
Είναι πιο μαλακό-bouncy, πιο ελαφρύ από τον προκάτοχό του, ιδανικό παπούτσι για όλων των ειδών τις προπονήσεις.
Μπορεί να ακολουθήσει όλους τους ρυθμούς άνετα, χωρίς να κουράζει.
Σε σχέση με το προηγούμενο είναι πιο φαρδύ μπροστά στο κουτεπιέ και μπορεί να παραξενέψει λίγο στην αρχή.
Εαν ψάχνετε ένα all around παπούτσι είναι μια ιδανική επιλογή.
