Bacanha violet-flavoured syrup adds a soft floral aroma with mild sweetness and a subtle tartness to drinks. It pairs well with cocktails, lemonades, tea and coffee, and can also be used in desserts such as panna cotta, creams and ice cream.
Made with sugar, water, natural violet flavouring and other natural flavourings, as well as citric acid. For drinks, the recommended dilution is 1 part syrup to 8 parts water. Use with cold or hot water, or add to sparkling water.
