Brut Yuzu syrup is a concentrated organic syrup inspired by the traditional citrus flavors of Japan and Korea, where the yuzu fruit has been used for centuries in both cooking and hot and cold beverages. Yuzu is a unique citrus fruit, with an aroma reminiscent of lemon, mandarin, and lime, but milder, more delicate, and balanced. It is not as intensely sour as lemon, nor does it have the heavy sweetness of orange, leaving a clean, fresh, and light aftertaste.
