Single-component polyurethane foam suitable for sealing expansion joints in walls with fire resistance classes up to EI 240.

• Color: Light red
• Curing system: Moisture from the air
• Skin formation time: Approximately 9.5 minutes (EN 17333-3)
• Cutting time: Approximately 50 minutes (EN 17333-3)
• Thermal conductivity coefficient (λ): 0.033 W/m*K (EN 12667)
• Yield: 34 l (can EN 17333-1) / 18 m (joint EN 17333-1)
• Compression strength: Approximately 70 kPa (EN 17333-4)
• Breaking strength: Approximately 59 kPa (EN 17333-4)
• Tensile strength: Approximately 134 kPa (EN 17333-4)
• Elongation at maximum stress: Approximately 14.2% (EN 17333-4)
• Thermal resistance: from -40°C to +90°C (after curing)
• Application temperature: from +5°C to +30°C

Soudafoam FR HY foam features:

• Effective sealing against smoke and gases
• Excellent adhesion to many building surfaces (except for Teflon, PE, and PP)
• Outstanding expansion characteristics – no shrinkage or secondary expansion
• Available in tube and gun versions
• Does not contain gases harmful to the stratosphere (according to the requirements of the Montreal Protocol)
