Coming from the Superblast 2, at first the 3 was a bit disappointing... I found it very soft, okay I would use it for easy runs, but...
In the end, after 50-60 km the shoe started to transform into something more responsive and more and more responsive... I started using it for progressive long runs and as the kilometers went by I began to understand the shoe... The more you push it, the more it responds, the foam is fantastic, yes soft, it compresses quite a bit but it has a jelly-like feel, I don't know how to describe it, that gives back to you and the more you press it the more it gives and the "firmer" it becomes (it never reaches the Superblast 2!).
I conclude that the shoe is fantastic and is judged unfairly and too hastily by those who initially criticized it as being excessively soft and only suitable for easy runs. Yes, it is good for those too, but it is good for many things... Even for intervals for someone running around 5 min/km.
Personally, I do my easy runs and progressive long runs with it. I now have 300+ km on the shoe and the feel of the foam is still fantastic, basically so far I feel it getting better and better... It will easily reach 600+ km.
Ah, the only negative is that yes, compared to the 2 it has more wear on the outsole, but it is not a problem. It holds up just fine, it's just that the Superblast 2 was a tank!

Ερχόμενος από το superblast 2, στην αρχή το 3 ήταν λίγο απογοητευτικό... Το έβρισκα πολύ μαλακό, οκ θα έκανα τα easy runs, αλλά...
Τελικά μετά από 50-60χλμ το παπούτσι άρχισε να μεταμορφώνεται σε πιο responsive και όλο και πιο responsive... Άρχισα να το χρησιμοποιώ σε progressive long runs και όσο περνούσαν τα χλμ άρχισα να καταλαβαίνω το παπούτσι... Όσο το σπρώχνεις τόσο ανταποκρίνεται, ο αφρός είναι φανταστικός, ναι μαλακός, πατιέται ακετά αλλά έχει μια αίσθηση σαν ζελές δεν ξέρω πως να το περιγράψω που σου δίνε πίσω και όσο το πιέζεις τόσο περισσότερο σου δίνει και τόσο πιο "σκληρό" γίνεται (ποτέ δε φτάνει το superblast 2!).
Καταλήγω ότι το παπούτσι είναι φανταστικό και το κρίνουν άδικα και βιαστικά όσοι αρχικά το έκριναν αρνητικά ότι είναι υπαρβολικά μαλακό και κάνει μόνο για easy runs. Ναι κάνει και γι' αυτά, αλλά κάνει για πολλά... Μέχρι και για intervals κάνει για κάποιον που κινείται γύρω από το 5λεπτα/χλμ.
Προσωπικά κάνω τα easy μου και τα progressive long runs με αυτό. Έχω πλέον 300+ χλμ με το παπούτσι και η αίσθηση του αφρού είναι φανταστική ακόμα, βασικά μέχρι τώρα το νιώθω όλο και καλύτερο... Άνετα θα φτάσει 600+ χλμ.
Α, το μόνο αρνητικό ότι ναι σε σχέση με το 2 έχει μεγαλύτερη φθορά στον πάτο αλλά δεν προβληματίζει. Μια χαρά κρατάει, απλά το superblast 2 ήταν Tank!
