Instructions for Use

Apply a sufficient amount evenly before sun exposure. Reducing the recommended amount significantly lowers the level of protection. Reapply frequently, especially after sweating, swimming, or towel drying. Avoid midday sun and prolonged exposure to the sun even when using sunscreen. Keep infants and children away from direct exposure to direct sunlight.

Now the only negative thing I noticed is that when I sweat a little, it has already come off me. It is only suitable for sunbathing where you stay in one spot because with swimming, it will probably need reapplication on the spot, which is a shame.
