The Arctic Thermal Pad TP-4 transfers heat and conforms to chips of varying heights, air gaps, and uneven surfaces, helping accommodate manufacturing tolerances. Its silicone base combines high thermal conductivity with low hardness, while the pad is electrically insulating and non-tacky.

Depending on the mounting pressure, it can be compressed to 60% of its original thickness. It can be cut to the desired size, and multiple pads can be stacked without affecting thermal transfer performance.
