Its head features 4 × 90° symmetry, a centring point with a 130° cutting angle, and a large carbide tip with chamfers for drilling into reinforced steel. The chamfers reduce binding when the bit contacts reinforcement, while the head geometry helps reduce vibration.

The shorter flutes and deep flute shoulders help remove dust. The reinforced flute geometry contributes to smoother drilling and transfers the tool’s energy to the tip. The shot-blasted surface is more wear-resistant, while the wear marks on both sides of the primary cutting edge help check the diameter. The drill bit complies with PGM standards for precise anchor installation holes.
