Specially developed robust head geometry with optimal 4 x 90° symmetry of the carbide tip. It features a large carbide tip with patented imprints for reinforcement, ensuring lower vibrations and optimized drilling performance when hitting reinforced steel, which corresponds to longer tool life. The centroid point has a tip angle of 130°, facilitating precise spot drilling and ensuring optimal guidance during drilling.
The large, sturdy secondary edge supports the primary cutting edge for faster drilling, with smaller flutes that reduce wear and heat at the tip. The innovative, unique carbide tip contains more carbide across all diameters and additional carbide for diameters > 32 mm. Wear marks on both sides of the primary cutter ensure diameter accuracy.
