Professional wok pan, 35 cm in diameter, 8.5 cm in height, made of steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm. The wok features a hemispherical design, suitable for induction hobs with a concave heating area. It can be used on regular induction hobs with the wok adapter (code 312200), which is sold separately.

  • The handle is made of steel and is secured with sturdy rivets for ergonomic handling.
  • Ideal for cooking healthy, low-fat dishes.
  • Even heating for caramelizing fruit or vegetable juices.
  • Compatible with all types of stoves, including induction.

Note: During use, the pan may change color (become darker) unevenly, which is normal for the development of natural non-stick properties. To maintain these properties, avoid using detergents and dishwashers. Before first use, grease and heat the wok with fat. Care: rinse with lukewarm water, dry the wok, and gently coat it with oil. Store in a dry place.
