The hydraulic exhaust pipe expander offers a wide expansion range from 1-5/8" to 4-1/4". Includes: soft steel expander (range 1 5/8" - 1 7/8", mandrel 2" - 2 1/2") and aluminum expander (range 2 3/8" - 2 3/4", 2 3/4" - 3 1/8" collet, 3 1/8" - 3 1/2" collet, 3 1/2" - 3 7/8" collet, 3 7/8" - 4 1/4" collet).

The hydraulic work system allows pipes to expand using a pneumatic hydraulic mechanism. A 10-ton hydraulic pump with a 6-foot high-pressure hose facilitates the expansion.

The expander is easy to install and operate. The different collets should match the specific pipes. Details are provided in the image. The extension part must be assembled with the hydraulic mechanism before placing it on the pipe.

The aluminum construction ensures durability and long-term use. The coated surface of the pipe expansion kit offers corrosion resistance.

The expansion dies are stored in a plastic case. The case with the hydraulic pump is stored in a metal case, providing double protection. The tool kit is portable and easy to carry.
