To use the mask, first wash your hair thoroughly with lukewarm to warm water. This helps in better absorption of nutrients. Squeeze out excess water from your hair. Then, take a quantity of product equivalent to two walnuts and apply, focusing mainly on the mid-lengths and ends of your hair. It is recommended to do a light massage for better absorption. Leaving the mask on for about 5 minutes will achieve its optimal effect. Finally, rinse with lukewarm to cool water to "lock in" all the nourishing ingredients.
