The ECG AF4020 air fryer cooks using 3D hot-air circulation, with little or no oil. The removable basket has a non-stick coating, while the digital display lets you set the cooking temperature and time. Automatic programs cover foods such as French fries, shrimp, fresh fish, beef steaks, chicken drumsticks, muffins, cake and roasted vegetables.

It includes a defrost function, a delayed start of 1 to 24 hours, and the option to pause and resume a program. The temperature can be set from 80 to 200 °C and the cooking time from 1 to 60 minutes. The air fryer has a heat-insulated handle, non-slip feet and a mechanism that prevents operation unless the basket is correctly in place. The transparent control panel lets you monitor cooking, while audible and visual signals indicate operation and completion.
