Aluminum-polyurethane wheels in a fixed housing from ZABI consist of a wheel with an aluminum core permanently bonded to a polyurethane tread and a fixed housing made of pressed steel. The wheel in this housing is installed on a bearing and connected to the housing with a screw and nut. The fixed wheels do not rotate. This type of housing ensures directional stability in a straight line.

Aluminum-polyurethane wheels and rollers are characterized by high load capacity. They are stain-resistant, operate quietly, and absorb vibrations and shocks. They have low rolling resistance. Aluminum-polyurethane wheels and rollers can be used in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +80°C. The hardness of the wheel section is 92 Shore A. They have high resistance to lubricants, natural oils, gasoline, and solvents, extending their range of applications. Aluminum-polyurethane wheels and wheel assemblies are available with ball bearings.
