A user of Breath Right 24/7, literally (I also have a deviated septum). In the end, after a few days of use, I have to say that in terms of how well it helps me breathe and how well it sticks/comes off, I would put the o2pro slightly below Breath Right. I still consider it perfectly good, and I also use it for aesthetic reasons (since the transparent o2pro is by far more elegant than Breath Right, e.g. at work or for a night out/date, etc.), but for sleeping and generally at home I still use Breath Right. Nothing amazing in terms of differences; if Breath Right is 10/10, I would give o2pro an 8.5-9/10.
And one last thing, you can find Breath Right for about €11.5-12 on Skroutz (at the cheaper pharmacies), whereas you can’t find o2pro for under almost €16 at the moment (I’m referring to the 30-piece pack for both brands)
