The "Unveiled" technology literally means "removal of the veil". This technology was first applied to the HIFIMAN SUSVARA headphones in 2024. Because the grille structure causes acoustic interference to the driver unit’s diaphragm, the ANANDA Unveiled adopts Unveiled technology to provide clean and pure sound.

Regular Headphones

Ordinary products use grilles with a lower open ratio, which leads to reflection and refraction that harm sound quality.

Window Shade Design

Because the nanometer-thick diaphragm is very light, it is easily affected by sound waves reflected and refracted by the grille. Thus, HIFIMAN uses a window shade design to increase the open ratio, maximize grille exposure, and reduce the chances of reflection and refraction. The result: a significant improvement in sound quality.

The window shade design cannot completely avoid reflection and refraction. Only by removing the window/grille design can almost lossless sound quality be achieved.

Enhanced Magnet

Uses permanent magnet materials without rare earths with optimized design to achieve sensitivity comparable to drivers with rare earth magnets.

Neo Supernano Gen.2 Diaphragm

Features just 60% of the thickness of the first generation diaphragm.
