The umbrella was brand new, used for the fourth time. In a mild gust of wind, the reclining mechanism broke, the frame bent at its base, and the fabric tore. At the same time, other ordinary umbrellas on the market, much cheaper, were not damaged at all. A very bad choice for the money it cost (60 euros).
I am changing the initial rating from one star to four because, after contacting the store where the product was purchased, the handling was impeccable and the store immediately proceeded with a replacement with a completely new one.
I am not giving five stars because I clearly expected greater durability and quality from the umbrella.
However, I greatly appreciate the responsible attitude and the service of the store.

Την ίδια στιγμή άλλες κοινές ομπρέλες του εμπορίου, πολύ φθηνότερες, δεν πάθανε απολύτως τίποτα. Πολύ κακή επιλογή για τα χρήματα που κόστισε (60 ευρώ).
Αλλάζω την αρχική βαθμολογία από ένα αστεράκι σε τέσσερα διότι έπειτα από επικοινωνία με το κατάστημα που είχε αγοραστεί το προϊόν, η αντιμετώπιση ήταν άψογη κ το κατάστημα προέβη άμεσα σε αντικατάσταση με μια εντελώς καινούρια.
Δεν βάζω πέντε αστέρια καθώς περίμενα σαφώς μεγαλύτερη αντοχή και ποιότητα από την ομπρέλα.
Ωστόσο εκτιμώ ιδιαίτερα την υπεύθυνη στάση και την εξυπηρέτηση του καταστήματος.
