The infrared thermometer measures surface temperatures without contact and features a built-in laser pointer, as well as an input for measurements with a Type K probe. The distance-to-spot ratio is 13:1, and the infrared measurement range extends up to 850 °C. Adjustable emissivity, maximum, minimum, average and differential readings, and high and low alarms support measurement tasks.
The LCD has a backlight, while the device features automatic range selection, automatic data hold and automatic shut-off. The flat, ergonomic housing is designed for measuring surfaces that are difficult to access.
