The Sportivemotion target-throwing game is played indoors with a very lightweight ball and a hoop mounted vertically on an adjustable stand. Players throw the ball through the hoop, while an opponent has up to three attempts to return it. It can be played one-on-one, in a group around the hoop, or as a doubles match with two players on each side.

The ball travels 2–4 m before landing gently on the ground, and with practice, players can make it curve through the air. The game requires approximately 5–8 m² of space. The ball is not perforated and is designed to float slowly through the air.
