We bought a school bag on 5/9/26 and on 14/9/26 the handle you hold the bag by came off; there is a relevant photo. Unbelievable for it to fall apart after one use and for them to tell you that we will send a courier on 22/9/26 to pick up the bag and, after that and once the evaluation is done, you will get your money back.... until when will they be without a bag??? I will never buy anything from you again. 1 star because I can’t give 0
