The Goobay 79589 wired motion sensor uses PIR technology to detect movement at a distance of up to 12 m and automatically switch on connected lighting. It has a detection angle of 140°, and the sensor can be tilted to point towards the desired area. With an IP44 protection rating, it is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

The light sensitivity can be adjusted from 3 to 2,000 lx, and the switch-off time from 10 seconds to 15 minutes using rotary controls. It works with LED lights and energy-saving lamps up to 600 W, as well as incandescent and halogen lamps up to 1,200 W.
